Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience. At some point in our lives, we all experience these emotions, but when they impact the way that we live our lives it's time to look for solutions. Through treatment with one of our therapists, we are able to help you regain the joy and peace that you once had, or that you hope to have in the future.
Response to trauma can be varied and is often unique to each individual. We have extensive history treating trauma, including specialized training in EMDR and TF-CBT treatment methods. If you are experiencing symptoms related to trauma we are here to help you move through this trauma to a more desirable mental health state. Our therapists can help you to process your trauma and move beyond what happened to you.
The LGBTQIA+ community has unique needs and experiences that are not as "cookie cutter" as many may believe. Trauma can be particularly hard-hitting and long-lasting for members of this community. We provide affirming treatment that is LGBTQIA+ informed. Work with one of our therapists who has had extensive training in order to help you to process your trauma, help you with your acceptance of yourself, or to work toward meeting your gender affirming goals.
If psychological testing is needed, we will meet with you to learn more about your individual circumstances. We will then customize your psychological testing to meet your specific needs. We charge for psychological testing by the hour, not by the test, so you will never overpay for your psychological testing. After your testing is complete, scored, and a report is written, we will meet with you for one final session to discuss the results of your psychological testing and answer any questions you might have about the results. Any of our therapists are able to provide psychological testing, and all tests results will be verified by our staff psychologist.
We work with individuals, families, and couples to promote overall healing. We work together with you to improve communication and problem solving skills in order to promote healthy relationships. Sessions with our therapists can be held in the office or via telehealth from the comfort and privacy of your own home.

If you would like to see us out of network, we are happy to provide you with a Superbill once per month that details each of the sessions that you have had over the previous month. While you will still need to pay for your sessions at our normal rate, you may be able to receive reimbursement through your out of network benefits if you have a PPO insurance plan. Check with your insurance company to verify whether you have out of network benefits and what your reimbursement will look like.
