Our team provides effective, individualized therapy for adults, teens, and children, available both in person in Irvine, CA, and virtually throughout California. We specialize in trauma therapy, LGBTQIA+ affirming care, and gender-affirming therapy, along with support for Autism and ADHD. Our compassionate therapists are culturally responsive and dedicated to helping you develop a care plan that meets your unique needs.

Our focus is to support healing from trauma, reduce distress, and help clients reconnect with their sense of self. We offer a safe, LGBTQIA+ affirming space where you can explore your experiences and receive therapy tailored to your needs, including gender-affirming therapy. Our therapists use evidence-based approaches to address trauma, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, and the effects of systemic stress.
