Aaleah Brown is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who brings a warm, grounded, and authentic presence into the therapy room. She is known for creating a space where clients feel safe, understood, and able to be themselves, while thoughtfully incorporating playfulness and humor to help ease anxiety and build connection.
Aaleah has experience working with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and identity exploration. She began her work supporting children on the autism spectrum, later transitioning into substance use and mental health treatment. She completed her clinical training at an LGBTQ+ Center and has additional experience in an outpatient psychiatric setting. Aaleah has extensive experience working with neurodivergent individuals and members of the LGBTQ+ community, and she identifies as a Black lesbian woman and as neurodivergent, which informs her commitment to culturally responsive, affirming care.

She focuses on helping clients understand underlying emotional patterns, build insight, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Aaleah earned her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Vanguard University and her bachelor’s degree in Psychological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine. She sees clients in person on Mondays and Wednesdays, and via telehealth on other days.
Aaleah is supervised by Sara Hoadley, LMFT (#116971).
