At Affirming Psychological Services, we work with couples and families who want support with how they relate to each other. Whether you are navigating stress, identity changes, recurring conflict, or feeling disconnected, you do not have to figure it out on your own.
We offer a grounded, collaborative approach that helps you slow things down and understand what is happening underneath the surface. Our goal is not to decide who is right or wrong. Our focus is on what is getting in the way of connection and how to move forward in a way that feels healthy and respectful for everyone involved.
Our clinicians provide affirming care for relationships of all kinds: queer couples, straight couples, polyamorous partnerships, blended families, chosen families, and family systems that do not fit a traditional mold.

We welcome systems that are in early conflict as well as those who have been struggling for years. You do not have to arrive already knowing the exact problem. Many people come to therapy because they have reached the limits of managing it on their own.
