Emma is a compassionate and thoughtful clinician who works with children, teens, adults, and families navigating trauma, relational challenges, and periods of significant stress or transition. She is known for creating a calm, supportive therapeutic space where clients feel respected, understood, and empowered to move forward, even when life feels overwhelming or unclear.
Emma approaches therapy from a trauma-informed, collaborative perspective, with particular experience supporting clients impacted by sexual trauma, family conflict, and complex emotional experiences that interfere with daily functioning. She believes healing looks different for each person and that therapy works best when it honors clients’ strengths, values, and lived experiences. Emma is deeply affirming of LGBTQIA+ identities and relationships, and she is intentional about providing care that is inclusive, respectful, and responsive to the impact of systemic stress and marginalization.
Emma earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work with a minor in Psychology from Northern Arizona University, followed by her Master’s degree in Social Work through Northern Arizona University. She also holds a Global Competency Certificate, earned through hands-on work with diverse populations and structured exploration of personal and professional bias, further strengthening her cultural responsiveness in clinical work. In addition to her clinical experience, Emma is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), an evidence-based treatment for trauma.
Emma is supervised by Fae Feliciano, LCSW (#103952) and provides therapy within a supportive, team-based clinical environment. If you are looking for a therapist who brings warmth, clinical intention, and a strong respect for who you are, Emma is here to support you in moving toward healing at a pace that feels right for you.
