Fae has been a psychotherapist for over 8 years and received her master's degree in social work, specializing in mental health, from California State University, Fullerton, in 2017. She is trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), a premier treatment for trauma.  

Fae specializes in treating LGBTQIA+ individuals, including issues of sexuality and identity. She is additionally specialized in grief and loss, immigration and acculturation, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life-transitions, and divorce. Fae approaches therapy from a client-centered approach. She views you as the expert on your own life, and she is just an instrument in your healing process. She provides a warm environment with unconditional positive regard to create a feeling of safety during your therapeutic process.  

Fae approaches therapy from a strengths-based approach, providing guidance and meeting each client where they are in in their healing journey. Being a human first and a therapist second allows Fae to conduct sessions authentically. She believes that each of us has a choice with our healing, and it is our duty to be the gatekeeper for the sake of our inner peace and healing. Therapy is planting seeds - but it is up to the individual whether or not they will water these seeds.
