Hilary is an open and objective clinician who provides a safe, non-judgmental space for clients, specializing in trauma-focused care. She believes that respectfulness and acceptance of her clients are key to building a therapeutic relationship. Hilary grew up in Indonesia and understands the unique struggles of clients with diverse backgrounds. She believes that cultural differences play a crucial role in each client’s life and healing process.
With a focus on cultural competence, Hilary brings experience in treating various conditions, including trauma, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, and supporting members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Her treatment approach is sensitive to individual differences, acknowledging that societal and historical norms significantly influence our experiences. Hilary provides neurodivergent affirming care, recognizing and celebrating the strengths and perspectives of neurodivergent individuals.
Hilary holds a master's degree in psychology from Pepperdine University and is currently working to obtain her doctorate in clinical psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Hilary is supervised by Dr. Katie Moore (PSY# 32941).
In addition to individual therapy, Hilary provides psychological testing and EMDR therapy, an evidence-based treatment for trauma. She offers both telehealth and in-person services, based on client preference, striving to help her clients become the best and most authentic version of themselves.
