Hilary is an open and objective clinician who provides a safe, non-judgmental space for clients, specializing in trauma-focused care and neurodivergent affirming practices. She utilizes evidence-based treatments and is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to support clients in their healing journeys. Hilary believes that respectfulness and acceptance of her clients are key to building a therapeutic relationship. Growing up in Indonesia, she understands the unique struggles of clients from diverse backgrounds and believes that cultural differences play a crucial role in each client’s life and healing process.
With a focus on cultural competence, Hilary brings experience in treating various conditions, including trauma, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, and supporting members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Her treatment approach is sensitive to individual differences, acknowledging that societal and historical norms significantly influence our experiences. Hilary provides neurodivergent affirming care, recognizing and celebrating the strengths and perspectives of neurodivergent individuals.
Hilary holds a master's degree in psychology from Pepperdine University and is planning to graduate with her Doctorate in Applied Clinical Psychology (PsyD) in the summer of 2025. She is currently supervised by Dr. Katie Moore (PSY# 32941).
In addition to individual therapy, Hilary offers psychological testing services. She provides both telehealth and in-person options based on client preference, striving to help her clients become the best and most authentic version of themselves.
